I am a community health worker in Nigeria and my life-saving object is a mosquito net. In some countries around the world, mosquitos carry a bad disease called malaria that can make people very sick. We use mosquito nets to protect people from getting bitten.

Hey there! My name is Deji!

I’m a lab technician in Sierra Leone and my life-saving object is a microscope. My microscope helps me to identify microorganisms that are responsible for viruses and diseases!

Hi, I’m Annie!

I’m a driver in the UK and my van is my life-saving object! I drive vaccines and medications to hospitals and doctor’s offices, helping them to stay cool and fresh, and making sure everyone has access to the medicines they need to stay healthy.

I’m a midwife in Bangladesh. My object is my gloves – they are very important to help me to keep newborn babies and their mothers safe from dirt and germs!
